Governed Agent Systems
A commercial direction for organizations that need useful AI autonomy without surrendering security, accountability, or operational control.
One-sentence proposition
Design and implement AI-native operating systems that connect models, people, data, infrastructure, and governed execution.
The commercial problem
Many organizations are buying isolated AI features when the real need is an operating design: how models access context, take action, recover from failure, and stay accountable to people.
The approach
Start with the business outcome and the operating constraints. Then design the agent roles, data boundaries, permissions, infrastructure, evaluation, and human decisions as one coherent system.
Current status
The venture is in active development. The immediate focus is translating the strongest lessons from C2 into repeatable architecture and implementation engagements with clear evidence of reliability.
